An important milestone
An important milestone has been reached. With the notarial deed of 8 April 2021, Etifix S.r.l. has acquired the status of a Benefit Corporation.
Being a Benefit Company gives evidence of “dual purpose” management which, in addition to profit, pursues specific purposes of common benefit, with the aim of generating a measurable positive impact for the community, the territory and all stakeholders, in a manner responsible, sustainable and transparent. It is an evolution that allows us to protect our corporate, social and environmental values, strengthening our capacity for growth for the years to come. We believe that if the value is not common it is not a value.

As a Benefit Company, our values will be monitored and measured over time through an impact report to aim for increasingly innovative social and environmental solutions.
But we do not stop there, in fact, we continue with the construction of a better future and the next challenge is the B-Corp certification, by 2021.
